The Best Stocking Stuffer Ideas Come from the Heart

Big gifts are pretty much part of the holiday season for just about everyone, but many times the best stocking stuffers can make the holidays even better.  It’s just something special about that attention to detail that really shows the recipient that you care.

When it comes to stocking stuffers for kids, small toys and candy are by far and away the most favored items.  Smaller Lego sets, action figures, and even the new Rainbow Loom or Silly Loom (whatever brand of rubber band bracelet maker the kids are using) refills are great options.

FREE Exclusive Clone Trooper™ Lieutenant with LEGO® Star Wars™ purchases of $50 or more! Valid through 12.31.13 or while supplies last.

Stocking stuffers for adults can get a little tricky, especially if the person on your list is a little finicky.  If the recipient is a coffee drinker, flavored syrups can easily fit the bill.  Of course, if your Secret Santa person is a Keurig owner, picking out a variety of K-Cups is an easy win.

The basic point is to take the passion or hobby of the recipient and find the right small item to stash into the tiny hiding place.  The cost of the gift can be greatly offset by the creativity and thought behind it.  If that person is a "Walking Dead" fan than a gift from that television series might be really appreciated, the same for "Doctor Who" fans, and the list goes on and on.

Anyone can grab a gift card off the shelf or buy some scratch off lottery tickets, but putting that spark of what makes you special into the present can make all the difference in the world.
