Mr. Beams MB330 Wireless LED Spotlight Saves the Day

It's not that I don't like wiring up lights in finished walls.  Actually, that's exactly something I hate.  Unless I'm totally renovating an area down to the studs, I generally try to avoid any type of wiring because of access and the general excess of wire that has to be run without disturbing any of the walls.  Exterior lights presented another interest challenge, but I'm in love with the Mr. Beams MB330 Wireless LED Spotlight with Motion Sensor and Photocell, White (they are available in brown as well).

These little guys mount almost anywhere with no wiring, again not limited, not little, no wiring.  They are battery operated off of three D batteries that can last as long as a year, I've not had to change them yet but it's not been that long yet.  Basically just attach the base, insert the batteries into the weatherproof case, and turn it on.  You've got light.  Remember though, you will have to change batteries at some point in time so don't put these in completely difficult to reach locations.

However, the thing I like best about these Mr. Beams MB330 lights is the price compared to some of the other dimmer solar models out there.  They are available for under $20 each, and flood an area with bright LED light.  Great for walkways, driveways, patios, porches, and so much more.  This is definitely a great gift idea for anyone that has been talking about installing exterior lights but doesn't want the added expense of hiring an electrician or purchasing wire.  These are fabulous.
