Dealing with Your or Someone Else's Deadpool Addiction

Any thoughts about an R-rated super hero movie crashing and burning at the box office have been safely and securely put to bed. The arrival of the less likely hero than anyone else in the genre has come in the form of a guy many mistake for Spider-Man.

According to the Associated Press, "Deadpool" managed to dethrone "50 Shades of Grey" as the February opening record holder and R-rated opening record holder "The Matrix Reloaded" with a weekend total of $135 million. Not to bad for a super hero flick.

Since making his debut in New Mutants #98 many years ago, Deadpool has become a fan favorite appearing alongside many other established Marvel characters and even getting a bunch acclaimed comic book limited series. The foul-mouthed fourth wall breaking character has firmly grasped pop culture by the privates and is not letting go.

The Deadpool addiction is heating up and fans simply can not get enough. The soundtrack to the movie is doing quite well in download world, and the other major marketing areas are heating up as well.

The Deadpool lanyard complete with charm are perfect for anyone looking to boast about their loyalty to the character on a subtle note (something he is NOT know for). Also becoming quite popular on the under ten dollar menu is the Funko Pop Deadpool key chain, which adds a certain element to finding those car keys.

Of course, every fan would love get their hands on the typical Deadpool t-shirt, which is creating quite a stir everywhere these days. Loyalists and those looking to perform due diligence on the character should definitely consider picking up Deadpool: The Complete Collection to learn as much as possible about the guy.

Deadpool is everywhere, and the character is due for a second movie and a whole lot of more commotion in the coming years. And he did it all without web shooters.
